What is BAS?

BAS™, the BizBMS Agentic System, is software that runs a business's software work: it takes work items from a board, plans them, builds them, tests them, documents them and lands them, with people reviewing at the points that matter. BAS is made by BizBMS.

How is it different from an AI assistant?
An assistant answers. BAS delivers: it owns a work item from card to landing, under a quality gate, and leaves a signed record of what it did.
Does it replace a development team?
It replaces the waiting. People set priorities, review previews, and decide. The building, testing and documenting run on the system.
How do I know what it did?
Every change is a signed commit naming the agent and the model. Every landing passes a gate. A changelog and a ledger are generated from the record, and a business user can ask the agent directly.
Is my code mine?
Yes. Each client runs in their own deployment with their own repository, database and keys.
What does a work item look like?
A card on a board: a title, the outcome wanted, and the agent's questions answered. BAS plans from that, builds on an isolated slot, and shows a preview before anything lands.
Can it change anything it wants?
No. Code changes travel through the board, reviews and gates. The chat can write documents and recordings into a workspace, never into the system.
