Why are prices not listed publicly?
Every deployment is scoped to your business. Modules, users, integrations, and hosting choices change the total materially. A public price sheet would misrepresent what you actually pay. Share your scope and we share a firm quote within days.
Do you charge per seat?
No. User count is one input to the annual platform fee, but it does not scale linearly. Adding a field team of 200 does not 200x your bill.
What is included in the annual platform fee?
Platform updates, security patches, uptime monitoring, incident response, hosting advisory, and technical support with defined SLAs. AI usage is metered separately so you pay only for what you use.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. Many customers start with one or two high-value modules, validate the platform, and add modules as they scale. Pricing scales with scope.
Do we really own the code?
Yes. You own one hundred percent of your project-specific code and can deploy on your own cloud. No vendor lock-in, no hostage data, no forced upgrades.
How long until we are live?
Most customers are live in 5 days. Modules are pre-built, so you configure instead of coding from scratch. One week to your custom BMS. Heavy customization or large integration scope extends the timeline.
What currency and geographies do you support?
We work with customers across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Contracts and invoicing are available in INR, USD, AED, and SGD depending on the engagement.
